2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online or in person. While we aim to honour all bookings, PURE Hair & Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary. We will always provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
3. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. This helps us offer fair and timely appointments to all clients.
4. Payments
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via card or cash at the salon. Online bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and are non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and must be presented at the time of the appointment.
