    How do I book online?

    To make things easy and secure we use Fresha for our online bookings. Once you have had a look at our services and bundles, simply click the “Book Now” button and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked to create a Fresha account if you don’t have one already - it is very straight forward and you will only have to do this once. This allows you to manage your bookings, reschedule if needed, and receive reminders.

    You’ll be asked to enter your card details when booking, but don’t worry – no payment is taken upfront.

    Fresha simply holds your details in case of a no-show, in which case a $50 fee will be charged to the card provided. This helps us honour the time we’ve set aside for you, and ensures the salon runs smoothly for everyone.

    Do I need a Fresha account to book?

    Yes if you book online you will need a Fresha account. Creating a Fresha account helps keep things smooth and secure. It allows us to confirm your appointment and send you any updates. You only need to set it up once.

    If you are unsure about booking online simply contact us and we will be happy to help or book you in for your visit.

    We also offer service bundles, which are carefully grouped combinations of popular treatments like colour, gloss, cut, and blow dry. Booking as a bundle not only simplifies your appointment - it also means savings, as bundled services are priced more affordably than booking each one individually.
