By booking an appointment with PURE Hair & Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to create a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients and team members.
Appointments & Bookings
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will attract a $50 cancellation fee. This helps us manage our time and offer appointments to others who may be waiting. Thank you for your understanding and support.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service, but please note we may need to adjust the treatment or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled and you will be charged a $50 no notice reschedule/cancellation fee.
Service Guarantee
If something’s not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’re committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to make it right.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Wellness & Conduct
PURE is a calm and restorative space. We ask all clients to respect the environment and each other. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a way that is disruptive or disrespectful.
Refunds & Returns - Online Product Sales
We hope you love your PURE products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Allergies or Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. While we cannot offer refunds for personal sensitivity, we’re happy to assist with product guidance.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be:
Unused and in its original packaging (for incorrect item claims)
Reported within 7 days of delivery
Purchased directly through the PURE Hair & Wellness website
Please note we do not accept returns for products purchased through our physical salon or other retailers.
